At The Amethyst Beach Motel in Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey, we welcome your business, and we have several policies that are designed help you plan your vacation. We ask that every patron read these policies before making a reservation.

Reservation Stipulations

When you are planning to make a reservation for a Saturday, we may require you to stay two days. For those of you planning to come for a holiday, a three-night reservation may be required. When you want to rent our apartments for a week, you must stay for a minimum of five days to make a reservation. These apartments cost between $295.00 and $350.00 per night.

Our prices are based on two adults or a family of four staying in our rooms. There is a $40.00 fee for every additional adult. Sorry, we do not allow pets. Our check-in time is 2:00 p.m., and checkout is at 11:00 a.m.

Our Reservation Policy

We request that you reserve your entire stay before you arrive. We cannot guarantee your room for additional nights. We do require a minimum deposit that is equal to the price of one night. Having a credit card on file guarantees your room. We accept American Express™ and Discover™. We also accept Visa™ and MasterCard™, but some limitations or restrictions may apply. Your room is guaranteed, no matter what the weather is like.

If you drive a large or oversized vehicle, we ask that you make special arrangements at the time of reservation. Parking availability is subject to change. Any vehicles parked on the premises are subject to daily parking rates. Additional charges may apply, including packages or daily amenities. All parking is by reservation only.

Our Cancellation Policy

Our hotel has a strict policy with regards to cancellations. All reservations must be canceled 14 days before your arrival date. For those of you who cancel within 14 days of your scheduled arrival, we will assess a fee equal to the amount of the reservation plus tax. If you have made a prepayment, we will retain all or part of that payment. If you have not prepaid, we will charge your credit card.
